Sage Beauty must be notified via email: sagebeauty00@gmail.com, within ten (10) business days of receival of the order/package. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable and non-refundable. You, the customer, are responsible for shipping charges. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Return Items must be unopened, unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you’ve received it. In the event that a return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping fee. No return(s) will be accepted without prior authorization/approval from Customer Service.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be reflected back onto your credit card or original method of payment. Refund processing time is dependent on your card-issuer, bank, or method of payment, and may take up to 7 business days.
